Smoky Porter. Stoke the fire, wrap up warm, sit back and relax with this smooth, smoky and sumptuous brew. There is intense spice from the American hops, balanced by rich fruit from the home-grown varieties.

(Cask at St. Urho’s Pub Portteri- ja Stout-päivät 2016) The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was small, dense and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts and liquorice. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. A too burnt and watery brew.
