Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- apple, pear, flowery, herbal, malt. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium to fuller bodied. Good.

Jeg går planken på Siem Reap Brewpub sammen med Kitty, mars-19: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Litt parfymert aroma og smak med citrongress, grønne druer, bitterappelsiner og pepper. Myk og delikat.

Aroma of wood sugar, floral hops, some squeaky yeast, lime. Taste is slight sour with moderate sweet juices. Doesn't really know what it wants to be.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, sweet honey, lemongrass. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a fresh, crisp, malt, light yeasty, pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not a classic Saison but perhaps that’s not a bad thing.

Draft at Siem Reap Brewpub. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of yeast, lemongrass, rye and peppery notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a clear dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemongrass, intense esters and light pepper. Flavour is a little better, with saison yeast, esters, spicy lemongrass and light pepper. Nothing close to an authentic saison, but it's still decent.

From tap @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Cloudy orange amber, small frothy off-white head, fairly lastig, good lacing. Light sourish nose, aroma malts, peach, apricot, light brett. Taste light sweet, bitter and sour, orange marmelade, lemon grass, bit ginger, aftertaste as in taste. All in balance, light to medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. Surprisingly pleasant and tasty saison, didn’t expect that in this part of the world.
