Hazy, very dark brown with bog, frothy, light tan head. Roasted aroma, a little fruity perhaps. Flavour is roasted, sweetish, a little jammy with licorice notes. Roasted, bitter and quite seeet finish.

Bottle @ Øllets Dag 2014, Kolding. Pours cloudy very dark brown with stable tan head. Dark aroma of roast, malt and hops. Sweetish flavour of chocolate and caramel malt, with notes of roast and hops and touches of liquorice. Lingering roasty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Very good.

Small slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry roasted, burnt grain, alcohol, unripe banana, coffee, burnt caramel, grass, dark chocolate. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, hay, roasted grain, weeds, sour coffee, grass, cocoa, unripe banana. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Boring.

Meget god. Uten så mye brent smak, men med desto mer malt og fylde. Virkelig pent.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a fading tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, light yeast, hints of chocolate, light alcohol. Flavor is roasted malt, yeast, licorice/-root, coffee notes, some booze. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 220314

Draught at Bryggerteltet. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and luight hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull roasted flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Wonderfull.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark red browm colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dusty malt. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, roasted, ash notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130131]
