Now showing 7% ABV. Pours a hazy rich amber colour with a warm cap, good stay and the lacing is quite nice as well. Nice aromas of maple sugars over butterscotch notes. Oh boy, infection again for this brewery. Lots of sourness which is definitely not wanted with maple. Other than that, maple flavours with some fruity malts. Over ten years ago when I tasted one of their brews, and still infected... c’mon, get your act together. Not one bit "Desérable".

500ml bottle @ the 3rd Shrewsbury Bottle Share, courtesy of me. Bought from Auchan. Has a strong maple syrup aroma that permeates all the way through this beer to the point where it doesn’t actually taste like a beer at all. Very sticky and sweet with a caramel orange appearance. Probably great drizzled over pancakes!

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor with weak sour hints. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet caramel, sugary, dusty malt, celery. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, cake, caramel, sweet malt, sugary. IMO quit stange !! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Bouteille 660ml. Couleur acajou pâle avec des reflets rouges, mousse beige fuyante. Arôme de sirop d’érable artificiel, cassonnade. Goût de sirop d’érable artificiel, malt léger, un peu sûre. Carbonation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
