Pigs Ear. Cloudy brown beer. Sour dry beer. Sour malt, dry sour bittering hop, sour fruit. Dry finish. The worst of the Mare Street beers by a long way. Very disappointing.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Deep ruby lasting thin white head. Sour aroma. Really good, lovely sour old ale. Not convinced it’s 13.5%. Malts are there but not big sweet and all over the place like they could be. It’s great. Some malt, some dryness. It’s really good and very late in the day too.
