Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London. Thanks to Colin. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a fine, white foam head. White bread aroma with light lemon notes. Medium sweet flavor, some dry dough, faint bitter straw. Light to medium bodied with average to high carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, some dryish white bread, light yeast. Decent beer overall but doesn’t quite hit the bullseye, stylistically speaking.
