Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours golden yellow with a small foamy off-white head and good lacing. The aroma has floral hops plus hints of honey and rhubarb. In the mouth it is initially slightly bitter with a creamy texture, but this gradually increases to dominate. Flavour has floral hops, summer fruits and grains with hints of spices and tangerine coming later. Finish is slightly dry. This is reasonable.

Cask @ Manchester & County, Manchester. Clear gold with a creamy head. Has a fairly smooth textured golden ale with a balanced session like taste.

Cask handpull at the Market Porter, Southwark. Gold beer with thin white head. Bit of bleach/acid on this soft blond beer. Some citrus hop, but overall not good. Bit chemically.
