75cl bottle from Burrow Hill Cider Farm, Somerset. Misty yellow appearance, spritzy carbonation. Fantastic cider overall with an excellent wild complexity and captivating fruity moments. Super refreshing, complex and impeccably presented. Incredible.

Bottle @ Salling ølfestival. Pours light golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of green apples, yeasty, nice brett notes, barnyard, wood. Flavor is acidic, light sweet, yeast, brett, barnyard, rich tart green apples. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 250317

Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a clear gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is apple, pear, rubber. Thin body, apple skin, oak, crisp, light dry finish, good.

750ml bottle from Burrow Hill online. Golden colour, fizzy thin white bubbly head and aroma of tangy apple, apple skins, funk. Taste is tart, bittersweet, tangy apple, apple skin, woody oak, barnyard, rubber, tannins. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium bodied, high carbonation, dry sour tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, red apples, thin ice cider alike aroma. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - fizzy, finish feel has alcoholic notes. [20130216]

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, pale golden in color, with some bubbles. The aroma is quite sweetish with apples. Some orchard notes. Dry on the palate, quite carbonated and thin. Apples in the flavor, with some acidity. A rather boring one, but not unpleasant. 130216

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet red apples, sugar and yeast. Taste is light sweet, light sour with a very dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear pale no color with tiny bubbles on top. Sweet red apples. Tart and astringent flavor with green apples and barnyard. Quite rough and dry flavor.
