Taster at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- honey, malt, wheat. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, honey, apple, herbal, flowery. Light to medium bodied. Not bad.

Honey definitely present here. Light banana and some clove. Pretty light on overall aroma for a hefe. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Soft carbonation. Light tangy end. Tap at brewery.

Jeg går planken på Siem Reap Brewpub sammen med Kitty, mars-19: lett uklar strågul med ok skum. Myk og ganske behagelig aroma og smak med banan, tyggis, honning og gjær. Litt stall/støv helt mot slutten. Rund munnfølelse.

Aroma is fresh lime, honey, yeast, cake dough. Taste is round and full bodied balanced sweet cake with fresh lime. A bit minerally, quaffable. Great.

Draft at Siem Reap Brewpub. Very hazy golden with a keen with a white head. Aroma of honey, grain, light spicy notes and light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a murky straw colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, sweet honey. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth grainy, sticky sweet honey, light mineral, light spicy clove palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours an opaque bright yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out clove, light banana and whispy wheat. Flavour brings out murky banana notes, esters and light clove. Not an authentic hef - way too murky and estery. Unconvincing.
