Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is tonka, vanilla, smooth roastyness. Taste is full, rozsty, sweet, bit boozy. Sharp. Loads of tonka. Mild vanilla, speculoos comes to mind. Fairly fullbodied, lower carbonation. Decent.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 8th December 2025. Pours dark and thick. Aroma is earthy, chocolate, taste is smooth, good depth, nice tonka notes, good one

3300 ml an. Pours black with full tan and foamy head. Aromas of tonka, earthy vanilla, sugary dark fruit and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional cinnamon and creamy coffee. A very good pastry stout.
