Toto pivo jsme letos poprvé uvařili speciálně pro všechny návštěvníky festivalu Rock for People. Jak už název napovídá, toto pivo je plné limetky a máty, i když při tom neztratí nic z kyselé slanosti klasického gose. Pyšní se velmi světlou barvou a zanechává na jazyku lehký lepkavý a suchý pocit, endemický pro tento styl. Perfektní pivo pro líné letní dny na slunci.
This is a beer we’ve brewed for the first time especially for all the Rock for People festival goers this year. As the name would suggest, this beer is packed full of lime and mint flavors, though none of the sour saltiness of a classic gose is lost in the process. It boasts a light, pale color and leaves a slight sticky and dry sensation on the tongue, endemic of the style. A perfect beer for lazy days in the sun.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- decent and pleasant, mint, lime. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, slightly salty, lightly sour, slightly bitter, lime, mint, salt, touch of coriander. Medium bodied.

6.1.2025. Tap at Sibeeria Taproom. Thin body. Med-low carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Hint of mint and lime, otherwise pretty neutral. Good but not great. 6,3.

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room, as Mojito Gose. Another festival remnant or second batch under the initial name? Pretty clear shiny golden body, thick off-white head. Yup, smells like a mojito - mint, citrus, even vague alcohol. Smooth soft minty taste, mild citrus, salty, bit soapy, lightly chalky, maybe a bit too chalky. The mint feels tired here somehow.
