Pale Ale fermented with a new yeast that generates thiols through biotransformation, releasing tropical aromas. Although we greatly reduced the hop amounts and made use of mash hopping, this beer has an incredibly punchy aroma and thick mouthfeel.

Opaque and pale. Big rocky head. The aroma is fairly bright, especially on the tropical elements. Stone fruit, pineapple, melon...fairly bitter, clean pale malts. This one's not even all that fresh, but it's still pretty good.

473 ml can. Pours a pale, slightly hazy amber with full head. Aromas of mashed pineapple, passionfruit, candied lemon and wheaty malts. Flavors of chalky pineapple, citrus peel, passionfruit and bitter pine. Interesting. Not a Belgian Ale by any means though IMHO
