The Star Inn, Crowlas. Cask. Clear pale gold beer with a small white head. Softish palate with nice fine carbonation. Good floral start with light tangy orange and lemon and a little marmalade. Light finish with a peel bitter aftertaste. Well joined up and very drinkable.

Cask@GBBF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, grainy and mildly wooden. Flavour is rather similar. Nicely balanced, but not a very special golden ale.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival 05.05.11 Pours light golden good clarity with a few clean white bubbles that swiftly departed. Really good condition. The aroma smells like a millpond, I don’t mean that in a negative sense its just that was exactly what the first whiff of that evoked memories of. This does exactly what it sets out to do, its a very tasty lightly hoppy session beer, with just the very slightest hop burn detected. Crikey a Cornish beer that I really liked, now that is a turn up! A7 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.7

Golden. Nice bubbly head. Bright citrusy American (amarillo?) nose. Nice bitterness - citrus, tropical fruit. Refreshing, slightly creamy. Really drinkable.
