Keg at cardinal, 26th September 13. I am not a fan of the Partizan pales, this was not a great one. I’ll stick to their IPAs

Aroma: Wonderful aroma of lychee, mango and tangerine.
Appearance: Murky orange body with a thick, off-white head. Nice lacing.
Taste: Compared to the powerful aroma, the flavour seems slightly diluted, and the lemony citrus notes are brought more to the fore.
Palate: Medium body with a smooth, oily texture. Light carbonation.
Overall: A very hoppy, fruity Pale Ale. Yet another great beer from this brewery. Perhaps if it was just a little boozier, it could be truly superb.

330ml bottle from Ales By Mail
Bottled on 01/12/12 - Pours clear golden orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of musty malty notes, hints of citrusy hops, exotic fruits and resin. Taste has notes of sweet malty notes, exotic fruits, hints of citrus and musty notes. Finish is dry and bitter with some sweet fruity notes and hints of citrus. Okay, but a bit musty and not that fresh APA.

Bottle split with Rilester (cheers Steve) at the Sussex Arms (not purchased there !), Twickenham Green, 12/01/13. Hazed light amber with a decent off white head. Nose is pine, hops, citrus, tropical fruits, grass, grapefruit, some sugars - smells mighty fine! Taste pretty much follows with a little less depth than the nose, grapefruit, pine, citrus tones, hops. Medium bodied with softish carbonation, bitter dry finish. Good stuff!

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle shared with SudsMcDuff. Hazy amber beer, tiny off white head. Palate is slightly soft with a crispy trailing edge. Semi dry. Floral start with nice fresh orange and a touch of tangerine. Whispers of lemon and skunk. Minerals. Dry finish, crispy. Nice beer. Intriguing hop combination - be nice to see an IPA version.

Bottle shared at The Kernel - thanks Evin! Poura clear orange with a fine, white foam head. Lovely, fresh citrus nose, some tropical fruits. Lifht to medium sweet flavor, dry citrus, some pale malts, light dried grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Clean, light dry finish, more dry citrus, light yeast. Some juicy fruit character. Solid APA.

Bottle at CP&K. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is full of tropical fruit... orange, tangerine, mango, tangy marmalade, wood and subtle spice. The taste is straw, pithy citrus, tangerine, grapefruit and decent bitterness with a pretty dry finish. Probably a bit drier than i would like. Not quite there yet, but smells great. I am expecting big things from this brewery in the future!
