The Stillwater Sensory Series is a collaboration between Stillwater Artisanal and singular musical artists. In this first collaboration, Stillwater works with Lower Dens to make an ale based on an interpretation of their song, "In the End is the Beginning." On the bottle itself, a QR code will link to an exclusive Lower Dens performance of the song. Ultimately, this is a true artistic collaboration that aims to create a full sensory experience - sound, sight, smell, touch, and taste. www.stillwatersensory.com

Bottle. Clear golden body with a medium sized, dense white head. Moderate, fruity aroma with a little hint of farmhouse, slightly spicy and saison yeast. Flavor is nice and fruity, slightly spicy, yeast and light farmhouse impression. Moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary really, but I just enjoyed it a lot as it is.

Bonito color pajizo algo blanquecino. Espuma normal. Bastante turbia. Aroma escaso algo lacteo. Mucho mejor en boca con una excelente textura, abundante efervescencia que refesca y a la vez resalta un sabor muy agradable. malta acaramelada. Cítrica. Seca al final. Picante. Sabrosa.

Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows saison yeast, soft spicy, floral and pear notes.Flavours include a stronger hibiscus note along with a bit of orange marmalade. Some farmhouse yeast notes remain. Finishes very dry.Carbonation is much too high.
