Gladstone 101 is a pressed from a selection of cider apples, including Dabinett and Kingston Black. The juice is naturally fermented over six months to give a dry, easy drinking cider with an ABV of about 6.0%. Delicious!

500ml bottle from Brew Cavern. Sampled March 2017. Pours light hazed orange with no head. Aroma: tangy apple, apple skin, caramel, light funk.Taste: light sweet, cider apple, lightly sour, firmly dry, moderate tannins. Medium body with low/no carbonation.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A hazed golden n orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is tangy green apple, floral, citrus lemon. Light vinegar. Flavour is composed of sweet and tangy, grape. Lemon rind, spicy. Tangy. Palatr is semi sweet and tangy, vinegar, moderate carbonation. Interesting.

500ml bottle from Hoptimism online. Orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple & barnyard. Taste is mellow apple, sourish, hint of vinegar, with some barnyard funk and dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box at Nottingham festival day two with fonefan, Charlotte & chriso. Hazy bright golden color, rare bubbles. Aroma of lemony apple flesh. Taste is tart apple skins. Tasty.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear light yellow colour with a virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tanins, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120808]

Canister@GBBF2012. Pale orangeish yellow colour with no head. Aroma is apples, mild vinegar and some slight vanillaish notes. Flavour is apples, some slight vanilla and mild floral notes. Balanced and pleasant.
