18/03/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca discretamente abbondante, cremosa, abbastanza persistente. Al naso molto sgradevole, sentori metallici e di fogna, vaghe note citriche molto deboli. In bocca è spenta, luppolo non pervenuto, diacetile, decisamente non a posto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Epic fail.

Cask handpull at Foundry Brewpub. clear gold thin lasting white head. Oh yes some diacetyl but then a shed load of hops. Butter diacetyl aroma. However if you dig a little deeper then the real beer comes through. Depth of the beer is excellent with good hoppiness and big bitterness. Classic eddie well put together pale malts. Just needs to lose the diacetyl
