Poured from a bottle with a best by date of 07/16. Aroma is fairly malty with a lot of caramel and toasted bread. Lighter cracker notes. Some light hop notes with resin, wood and grapefruit. Pours a fairly clear, copper color with a medium thick, small white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with some moderate caramel and toasted bread notes. Much like the aroma, lighter malt notes of cracker and biscuit. Medium light bitterness with light hop notes. Rather faint hop character with some grapefruit, resin and wood. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and somewhat watery with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty bland beer. Quite a bit of malt and almost no hops. A clean drinking beer, but other than that its pretty boring.

Bottle at home. Pours a dull, hazy, orange color and a soapy, ligth beige head. Malty aroma of biscuit, fudge, grains and some berries and cooked vegetables. Hint of spices. A little odd. The flavor is still pretty malty but with grassy hops, dried fruit, heather and leather. Hint of vinegar-like tones. Has a slick mouth feel, and a balanced bitterness. A strange beer, that maybe is infected. A little unbalanced but is quite rich for a lower ABV beer.

330ml bottle shared with Charly and Finn. Partially gushing bottle. Huge creamy, off-white head, spotty lacing. Near-clear amber coloured body. Leafy hops on the nose. Likable taste of leafy hops mixed with mid-sweet malts leading to a resin-like bitter ending. Crispy and soft in the mouth. Pleasing (Tromsø 19.02.2014).

Flaske 0,33l fra Mathallen, Oslo. Delt med Rune & Charly under samling på Nerstranda 19 Feb 14. Ekstremt hissig. Selv til stut å være. Mørk gylden. Litt uklar. Pent skum. God fruktig aroma. Pærer & fersken. Smaken mere fersken med en syrlig vri. Bra!
