Experience the brilliance of IPA 29 Chroma Chromatic. This New England Double IPA (NEDIPA) is a vibrant, meticulously crafted brew aimed at elevating your hop experience to a whole new spectrum. At the heart of Chroma Chromatic are the unique HBC 1019 hops (still in the development phase but already showing their true colours). These proprietary hops infuse the brew with a kaleidoscope of tropical fruits, bright citrus, and delicate floral notes, creating a complex and captivating aroma profile.

As a perfect complement to the HBC 1019, we’ve blended generous amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops. The outcome? A mesmerizing symphony of flavours that paints your palate with a layered, hoppy experience. Each sip of Chroma Chromatic is a sensory journey, a dive into the vibrant hues of hop-driven bliss.

Cloudy pale yellow pour. Heavy hops with a fair bit of resin, a bit of perfume, a mild amount of burn. All over a fairly sweet but rather plain mushy malts. Finish with resin, touch of burn, and a vauge bitter. It's ok, the weakness feels like the malt. Can LCBO

This NEDIPA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, citrus, resin and a tiny bit of perm solution. First swig was smooth, creamy and the palate, with flavours of pineapple juice, cream, citrus, and honey. Finish isn’t as hoppy/bitter as expected. Leaving just lightly sweet fruit juice and a minimal hop bitterness lingering.
