Keg at Dig Brew, Birmingham. Darker brown with a small off-white head. It has a mild sweetness to its dark malt character and is fairly smooth.

Keg at the Soar Point, Leicester. Dark brown, opaque with a creamy uneven khaki head. Keg milds, man... The aroma is a bit hidden, but once it warms up I'm getting malty chocolate, a touch of plum, some liquorice. Sweet taste, very chocolatey with liquorice notes combined with a sweet spice character. Finish with a tantalising suggestion of black cherry. Heavily carbonated. Too cold and a bit too fizzy but a great mild.
