Hells Canyon is America’s deepest river gorge, spanning a vast and remote region of Cascadia. Carved by the ten mile wide Snake River it sees dramatic changes in terrain, climate and elevation. This rich, ruby brown ale boasts robust flavours of toasted malt, hints of milk chocolate and hazelnut notes leading to a soft warm finish. An intense yet subtle beer, full of complexity, and infinitely drinkable.

Keg draught at Tapped Sheffield. Mid-brown and clear with a ring of beige head. Oaky aroma, some cola, some caramel. Bittersweet, more caramel with some tantalisingly medicinal hop. Light body and soft to medium carbonation.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Dark red with lightly burnt darker tasting malts, evident in both aroma and taste, and it gets gritty for it.
