Sehr hellgelb im Glas, leicht trüb, weißer Schaum. Der Antrunk ist herb-säuerlich, schön mild & sehr süffig. Diese mild-säuerliche Note breitet sich zum Hauptteil weiter aus. Leichte Hefetöne spürbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist mild-säuerlich, mittellang anhaltend. Hinzu kommt eine ganz leicht herb-muffige Note, die sich zwar auf der Zunge hält, aver nicht weiter stört. Schön süffig.
--> Gutes Brauhaus-Helles. Nicht sonderlich Aromentief, aber sehr süffig und angenehm. 10/12/8/9

Tap at the brewpub. It pours hazy golden with a fizzy white head. The nose is white bread, grass, grainy, faint buttery note and mild citrus. The taste is doughy, grass, sharp lime, pepper and decent bitterness with a dry finish. Light- medium body and moderate carbonation. Straight-forward, yet drinkable and refreshing stuff.

Drought at Zwolf Apostel brewpub.. Hazy pale yellow with very small white foamy head, doughy aroman slightly sour yeast taste, very little hops, bitter finish. Interesting place but not an interesting beer.

Draught @ Zwölf Apostel, Rosenberger Strasse 1, Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany 60313.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, tart citrus, chalk, malty, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121001]

Hopfig-säuerlicher Antrunk mit grasigem Stich. Relativ mild, der Hopfen steht in weiten Teilen alleine da. Etwas bitter, süffig, oberflächlich.

Draft. A cloudy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hay and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hay, and minerals, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, yellow colour with a short but firm eggshell-coloured foamy head. Dusty, moderately sweet pale malty nose with yeasty and herbal, also slightly grassy hoppy notes. Yeasty and slightly hop bitter flavour with a mild malty sweetness; pretty balanced but also one-dimensional herbal and yeasty finish. Quite matured and also somewhat rounded brew, which lacks character. 04.V.10

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small huge white head. Aroma is mild malty and cornish, vague grassy hops note. Fruity yeasty, smooth grassy and light bitter flavoured. Medium dry and bitter finish. Nicely refreshing.

A translucent yellow hazey beer with a lacing white head. Aroma is rather lemony, overpowering the malt, sign of infection. In mouth, a rather short malt with tart lemony notes. Light bodied and boring. On tap at the Zwölf Apostel, Oct. 17 2007.
