Notes de la brasserie: Au nez on retrouve principalement des fruits à noyaux accompagnés d'une légère douceur de malt. La bière est assez ronde en entrée de bouche. Côté saveur on a initialement des notes de biscuits provenant du malt, qui laissent ensuite place à de la pêche et de l'ananas. La finale est légèrement résineuse et amère. Le fruité des houblons du houblonnage à froid persiste longuement.

Brewery notes: On the nose, we mainly find stone fruits accompanied by a slight malt sweetness. The beer is quite round on the palate. Flavor-wise we initially have notes of biscuits coming from the malt, which then give way to peach and pineapple. The finish is slightly resinous and bitter. The fruitiness from the dry hop lingers for a long time.

Aromatique à tendance tropical avec une touche de pamplemousse, de pêche, de fruit de la passion et de lime.
Un fond résineux est également perçu.
Le doré du liquide est profond et limpide.
La mousse est épaisse et persistante.
Entrée de bouche relevant des fruits à noyau et à chair blanche.
Notes de pêche, d’ananas, de melon au miel et de cantaloup.
Une finale herbacée et résineuse qui, sans être agressive, nous introduit une légère âpreté.
La base maltée est bien présente, légèrement sucrée, caramélisée et biscuitée.
Une autre excellente IPA classique du 5e.
Goûteuse et complexe.

Aromatic with a tropical tendency including a touch of grapefruit, peach, passion fruit and lime.
A resinous background is also perceived.
The golden of the liquid is deep and clear.
The foam is thick and persistent.
Entry on the palate with stone and white-fleshed fruits.
Notes of peach, pineapple, honeydew melon and cantaloupe.
A herbaceous and resinous finish which, without being aggressive, introduces a slight harshness.
The malty base is very present, slightly sweet, caramelized and biscuity.
Another great classic 5th IPA.
Tasty and complex.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes,very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.
