500ml bottle from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting flavour white head. The aroma is malt, yeasty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a yeasty, dry, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Wässriger Beginn. Sehr mild hellmalzig-getreidig, laff, konstant, kein Nachgeschmack. Nope. 8/5/5/3/7/3

Bottle at home from the brewery. Drunk after shifting 5 tons of logs into my garage ready for fire season. A beautiful colour in the tankard and a diamond sharp clarity to the beer. The flavour was all about the malts and this was like drinking a McVities digestive biscuit with a hint of farmyard and some bitter hops. Lovely, lovely lovely! There was so much flavour wrapped up in a gorgeous mouth feel and the pint disappeared in record time. I have two more bottles of this and I cannot wait!
