Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Hazy caramel brown with light viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is caramel, dark fruit. Taste is strong caramel, dark fruit, peach. Smooth, thick bodied, mild alcohol warmth, soft carbonation. Tasty.

Bottled 2/22/2020, #277/480, drunk 1/21/24. Muddy chocolate-amber. No head. Leathery, earthy, intense, borderline spoiled peach. Not much cognac in the nose. Maybe some pepper, strong liquor. Not boozey. Good mix of peach and barrel acidity with sweet malt and fruit sugar. Kind of a saccharine character on the very end. The peaches are authentic but idk, they're still kind of sugary, overly sweet and almost spoiled tasting.

Bottle # 479/ 480 cognac barrel. Awesome aroma shows peaches soaked in cognac. Flavor has peach thorough out with raisin, toffee, earthy grain. Slight warming after the sip and the over 11 % is nicely hidden. Real good
2/22/20 479/480 color leaves much to be desired. Aroma is peach with light toffe hints. Taste is delicious, smooth, nice finish.
