Coffee and ice cream are quite possibly one of the best pairings to ever exist, and we wanted to create this beer inspired by that combination. For this project, we tapped Honesta Coffee – a woman-owned Brazilian Coffee Roaster to supply world-class coffee beans for the recipe. See what they are up to here honesta.us

4 oz draft. Aroma has a great level of espresso and cocoa. The coffee lingers long after the sip. Barrel is here yet, doesn’t dominate the coffee and roast. Very nice.

Aroma is insane. Coffee, chocolate, espresso, bourbon. All balanced seamlessly. This is delicious. Need to buy a bottle.

Brewery draught, 11/5/23. Undetermined clarity. Dark. Tan head is large, well-retained. Creamy vanilla and iced coffee with light bourbon accents, rich maple and honey. No booze. Served ICE COLD. lol. Really like the bourbon character here. It's big and round. No excessive sweetness or adjunct, either. Bourbon is rich and spicy, very forward, with a soft, malty body showing good depth and attenuation. Creamy vanilla-coffee gives off exactly an affogato character. Low roast, moderate bitterness. Definitely not too sweet. Not even much syrupiness (a touch). Very assertive bourbon. Maybe a touch monotonous with the bourbon/coffee, but otherwise, well-done.
