Can (10/23/24) from trade with AirForceHops—thanks, Chris! Virtually, opaque, milky brown with thin head, decent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is roast, caramel, dark fruit, coffee, toffee. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, soft carbonation, mostly malty finish as taste. Nice complexity, not huge strength—nice.

16 oz can, from the brewery. Flavor is soft honey, dark bread, mild chocolate, soft mouthfeel with a light creamy characteristic. Very easy to drink!

Canned 10/22/24, drunk 12/8/24. Shared by Airforcehops, thanks! Clear, dark, muted beige-maple. Small, beige head to spotty cover. Big fresh yeast character with toast and mild maple notes. Fruity, mild, hints pepper. Toast, hint of residual honey. Fresh yeast, fruity, bready and mild with good dryness and maltiness. Lighter, though probably much truer to what an actual traditional old ale was. Very drinkable, as it should be.
Light roast, dark fruit, toffee, bread. Smooth, balanced, with nice flavor.
