We do and it’s not rude. Based on a traditional Belgian wit (white) beer, we’ve added the bergamot and lemon zest of Earl Grey tea for a well turned out beer that politely packs a punch.

330ml bottle. Pale golden colour, thin white head that dissipates away and aroma of wheat, banana, lemon, yeast. Taste is earthy wheaty with lemon citrus and spicy belgium yeast notes. Light bodied, high carbonated, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Borough Wines, Stoke Newington. Pours cloudy yellow. Refreshing beer perfect for a warm summer evening. The lemon here is fairly sutble, the spicy wheatiness balanced with the bergamot and a saison-esque fragrance. A good fruity beer.

330ml bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty aroma, some citrus and orange, a floral touch, bergamot. Taste is initially minimally sweet floral, fruity, lemon, orange, later more and more bergamot comes in with increasing intensity, leading to a dry, floral finish. Nice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Notes of clove, honey. citrus and orange cest in aroma, and also in taste. Taste is also a bit sweet of something that reminds me of vanilla and has got some clove notes in aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Light and fresh.
