WHO GIVES A WIT?
We do and it’s not rude. Based on a traditional Belgian wit (white) beer, we’ve added the bergamot and lemon zest of Earl Grey tea for a well turned out beer that politely packs a punch.

Keg at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours cloudy yellow with a weak, white foam head. Big fruity nose, lots of coriander and wheat. Medium sweet labor with plenty more fruit, lemon, melon, banana, white sugar, dough, spices. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with very mild straw bitterness, lots of lemon, white bread and dough, cloves and spices. Quite sweet and fairly rich, but a very tasty witbier.

Keg at Craft Beer Co. It pours cloudy pale yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is wheat, herb, farmyard, soft orange, pear, apple and sweaty sock. The taste is zesty lemon, lime, pear, apple, wheat, herbal, farmyard and sweaty sock. Medium body, fine carbonation and soft mouth-feel. A tasty wit.
