Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A light hazed, straw gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice grassy hop, nettle, straw, damp hay. Palate is grain, tannin, straw, decent cask condition. Flavour is composed earthy straw grains, apple, nettle, hop, hedgerow hop. Good.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with some lemony hops, a little bitter straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Subtly astringent in the finish, more lemon peel, lean pale grains, hay. So so.

Pigs Ear. Cask. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light and fairly sweet malts. Sweet esters. The cascade hops provide a modicum of floral citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Way too estery and sweet.
