A light-bodied, thirst quenching and refreshing malted beverage.

A light malt base is complemented by Kazbek hops in the whirlpool. Toasted coconut, coconut paste and lime zest are added post-fermentation for fresh and zesty flavours.

Can. Just a pale yellowish haze on this near clear beer! Short lived white head that audibly fizzes away. Light dry palate, a good fine minerally carbonation. Dry but punchy fresh lime and lime peel. A good deal of seltzer. If there was a salt thing here then it would be a Gose all day long. A little coconut sweetness keeps the lime peel in check. Pretty dry finish. Light and drinkable in terms of a can and a hot day. Think the thinness and dryness would start to grate after awhile.

Keg @ Craft Asylum #2, Leeds. An almost water appearance, just a light blonding, no head, with a very clean and silky texture. It's carbonated with its lime more dominant than its coconut. The latter does provide a mild grittiness to its taste and has wine-like qualities.
