Can at home from HB&B. A light hazed peach pink brushed gold colouews pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice zesty yuzu, sea salt, ginger, floral notes, very zesty. Flavour is composed of bitter zesty citrus, zippy yuzu, st clements, bergamot, grass, spicy ginger, floral notes. Tangy finish. Really unique nuanced and well balanced. Drinks like an artisinal soda. Palate is tart and tangy, fine carbonation . Really very good.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light and fairly smooth palate, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Nice bright yuzu, tangerine, mandarin and lime, a little sherbet. Plum? You have to be looking for it but the plummy sweetness offsets the yuzu tartness nicely. Light dry finish brings more yuzu loveliness! Tres drinkable. You can't go too far wrong with Yuzu.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours hazy honey-gold with a frothy, white head. Delicious beer, with fresh zesty yuzu citrus vibes, nips of guava, lemony acidity, melon, salty bite. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish with more juicy citrus fruits, pithy and zesty yuzu, suggestions of tart plum, refreshingly salty aftertaste. Overall, outstanding.
