Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light clean lager malts. Nice bready note. Crisp light citrus and citrus peel. Crisp finish. Good clean lager. Could sink a few pints of this on a night out.

Bottle from Honest Brew. It pours clear bright yellow with a dissipating white head. The aroma is fairly sweet, toasty grain, doughy white bread, cereal and hay. The taste is initially dry, slight sweetness, backbone of doughy white bread, straw, grass cereal, toasty grains and some citrus pith. Finish is dry and slightly peppery. Average body and moderate carbonation. Quenching. Decent gear.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours totally clear, very pale yellow with a frothy, pure white head. Has crispy pale cereal, nips of bitter hay, lime peel accents. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, restrained sweetness, more dried cereal, citrus peel bitterness. Not bad.
