Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Nose of marshmallows! Light malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Mild citric hop intertwined with the Marshmallow sweetness makes produces a slightly candy citrus. My wife says she tastes Chewits and I know what she means. Floral citrus and more marshmallow on the finish and a rising and cooling pine. Nice job, never had anything quite like this.

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Medium gold. Light haze. Lasting, semi lacing, thin, dense white head. Nose has marshmallows. Sweet peach and candied peel. Some sweet flora. Taste is significantly less sweet than you might imagine, with a tangy, citrus like bitterness. Medium body. Pretty smooth. Fine carbonation. Tangy bitterness to finish. A bit of an oddity, but overall works well.
