The best auroras are bright and bold, like our super sessionable, citrus twist on an IPA. Loaded with Centennial, Aurora and Azacca hops then finished with a mighty addition of citrus peel. Bright amber in colour with a pure white head, flavours of orange, lemon, grapefruit, mango, papaya, spice and a satisfying full bitterness to finish.

Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Gialla acida, appena torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note erbacee e citriche, leggero detergente per piatti. In bocca è anonima, con amaro fiacco. Corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione medio-leggera. No.

5th May 2019.
Can. Centennial, Aurora and Azacca hops. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts provide a light sweetness. A light but bright citric hop burst quickly fades and becomes quite pithy bitter. Modest hop spice. Touch of citrus peel. The citrus has orange and lemon. Light dry finish. It's okay, just lacks legs on the best part of the hops.

A perfectly solid, crisp, sessionable beer with a nice spice or herb or something taste in the aftertaste which lends it something a little different.

Can picked up at The Westhill SS. It pours lightly hazy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is bright, sweet citrus fruits, grapefruit, mango with lime and sherbet lemons. The taste is crisp, dry, quite clean, fresh lemon - lime, grapefruit, touch of sherbet, light straw and grass and dull toasty grains with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Clean, citrusy and sessionable. Moreish.
