Can from Westhill SS. It pours cloudy orange with a gigantic foamy white head. The aroma is bright, sweet, juicy tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, but also white grape, um bungo, touch of chalkiness and refreshers. The taste is dry, bitter-sweet, chalky, quite grassy, creamy, tropical fruit vibe, minerality, spice and alcohol sting with a dry, chalky finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice tropical snout. Taste is a bit chalky though. Decent.

Okay then, no description added. Too much like hard work I guess. Well I will do half a job and say this one is bittered with new Taiheke hops and Rakau too boot. Dry hops feature Wai-iti, Motueka and Waimea. So this is a proper NZ hop fest. Hazy gold - amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light dry creamy sweetness. Hard to pick out individual hop character here, there is good generic tropical fruit boost, ripe. Touches of lime and lemon. Mild spice. A little citrus on the smooth spicy finish. Spicy linger. It's a little fluffy mouthfeel wise but delivers plenty of hop interest and goodness.

Can from Cork & Cask. Muddy amber body with a massive off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee and flower petals. Flavour of white grape and caramel. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Quite heavy, but tasty overall.
