Can at home in Hackney - sourced, perhaps, from a local bottle shop. Maybe Clapton Craft. Pours clear honey-gold with a large, foamy white head. Has a lot of grainy pale malts, bready notes, some candied citrus, hints of pine needles, vanilla, melon, bitter straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Finishes with a little woody dryness maybe, more vanilla-like impressions, bready pale malts. So so overall.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Fair dose of dry wood. Bitter bourbon blends well with the malt cream. Light semi dry finish. That's about all folks.
