Bottle at home in London - sourced from the brewery. Pours unclear dark gold with a rich, frothy white head. Somewhat dry, piney hops in the nose, subtly toasted pale malts, orange peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with more lightly toasted malts, minerals, grassy bitterness, a mild ashy off note, more citrus peel, pale grains, dried pine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Gets a bit better in the finish, with a more rounded citrus character, some woody dryness, more piney notes, dry pale bread, hits of caramel, orange rind, minerals, some yeast, some peach. I didn’t like this one much at first, but it did get better.

Very hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good minerally crispness. Light and thin malts but with a good degree of sweetness. Mild hpo skunk and pine. Nice light citrus and tropical fruits. Sweetish floral touch before the airy finish brings mild bitterness. Mild skunky linger. Quite a light IPA but still has plenty of hop delights going on.
