Unlabelled bottle, courtesy of the brewer. Cheers! Very lively, clear gold. Thick foam of noisy, bright white head. Nose has a touch of brett like funk. The Sorachi is holding on well here, giving notes of lemon rind and a definite hit of coconut. A bit earthy and fusty. Smells great. Taste is lightly tangy and crisp, mineraly dry. Super clean mouthfeel. Lively, bright carbonation. Tangy and dry finish. Nowhere near how it set out to be, but it’s took on a little bug and turned itself into a very fine beer!

Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. A nice laid back tartness dominates, never gets acidic. Lemon and dry seltzer. Tangy lemon finish. Pretty drinkable if a tad dry.
