Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Hazy dirty orange-amber with next to no head. Its strength is evident firstly in its nose, and again in its taste with slightly tangy and somewhat stewed fruits.

Hazy deep red - amber beer, a few cream colour bubbles. Palate is light, fairly dry and a little crisp. Cinnamon, tangy ripe fruits. Bitter spice. Something like woody cloves. Light crisp finish. It does have root beer character. But it’s a little over spicy and bitter. The Americans have done this much better. (Small Town Not Your Father’s Root Beer).

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy amber. Bubbly, off white head. Oh my word. This is really not my cup of tea. There’s a liquorice and aniseed thing. Sarsparilla. Cinammon. I don’t know. It ends up like dental mouthwash. Taste is spicy sweet, and horrific, acrid bitter. Thin, watery palate. Finishes with more of the mouthwash thing. Can’t find many redeeming features to this.
