Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Inviting aroma with nice tangerine and crispy pale malts. Light sweet flavor with more nice tangerine, pale bread, light bitter hay, mandarin orange. Light bodied with fine carbonation; fantastic condition. Very well balanced to finish with further pale bread sweetness, minimal bitterness, lots of juicy citrus character. Gorgeous. Exceptional sessioner.

Cock Tavern. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and smooth with super fine carbonation. Sweetish malt, whisper of honey. Hops are a nice light juicy orange and tangerine with a little floralness on top. Whisper of hop skunk. Light finish with a tangy aftertaste. Nice to try UK grown Cascade hops, not as vibrant as the US grown ones but pretty good. Nice beer!
