Cask at the Tap East Second Anniversary Party - Stratford, London. Pours clearish gold with a thick, white foam head. Nice dry citrus aroma with secondary notes of bread, wood and pine. Light sweet flavor with toasted pale malts, light pine, orange and grapefruit pith. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately resinous on the finish, some bitter citrus rind, light bready sweetness. Good.
