Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Cheers Paulio. Hazy gold - amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Palate is crisp and a little dry. Touch of fresh orange before good marmalade and peel bitternes kicks in. Smooth and semi dry finish.

Bottle, shared at Bruce’s. It pours hazy golden orange with a medium white head. The nose is fresh orange, sherbet, pine, light toast, peach, apricot and passion fruit. The taste is bitter, woody, grass, resin, light alcohol, some astringency, earth and a touch of herbs with a dry, rather bitter finish. Medium body and fine-foamy carbonation. Smells great and don’t taste bad either. Nice wok Allendale.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s - big thanks to Paul. Pours hazy, rich gold with a deep, foamy off-white head. Dry citrus aroma with notes of peach and dried pine needles. Light to medium sweet flavor, lots of pine needles, lemon peel. Lit to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Clean finish with dry citrus, pine needles. Good.
