King William IV. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small off white head. Pleasant orange hop nose. Palate is smooth and slightly soft with fine carbonation. Light smooth malt base, little cream. Surprisingly little orange hop carrying over from the nose. Dominant hop flavour is mild skunk with lesser pine. Whisper of lime. Finishes smooth and semi dry.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear, orange-gold with a fine, creamy white head. The aroma holds lots of day-old urine, rioe orange, grapefruit and other citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with more pee, some dry minerals, balanced pale malt sweetness, grapefruit, peach. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly resinous, with plenty of pithy citrus, moderate flinty minerals, some pee, dry citrus, hints of tropical fruits. Very well balanced and extremely drinkable.
