Tap. Golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma with tropical fruits, floral hops, honey. Malty taste with oranges, grapefruit zest, floral hops. Hoppy finish. Good.

(Cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London, 22 Nov 2012) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with biscuity malt, toast, peaches and a touch of toffee. Malty, fruity taste with notes of biscuity malt, dried fruit, honey, a touch of toast and citrus. Light body, with a certain sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Quite decent.

Cask (handpump) @ Pembury Tavern, 90 Amhurst Road, Hackney, London, Greater London, England E8 1JHClear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111228]

Cask@Pembury Tavern, London. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is floral, herbal, earthy and quite bready malty. Flavour is wooden, slightly leathery and also rather hoppy floral notes. Mild dough and grass in the finish.

Cask, gravity, at The Red Lion, Middleton, Northamptonshire on the Welland Valley Beer Festival tour Sat 11th June 2011 Pours straw coloured with bubbly white head. This is tangy in the mouth with a good fruity bite, drying towards the end, nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask at the St Radegund, Cambridge on 3rd June 2011. Clear gold with thin lacing head of white foam. Rich hoppy aroma, then a delightful liquid of fruity and grassy hoppiness, citrus notes and a fruity finish on an engaging mouthfeel.
