Half-pint, cask at Devonshire Arms. Bright golden body, crocheted lacing from a declining white head. Leafy hops on the nose, dry. Well balanced taste profile of oily hops, ripe citrus, and mild caramel sweetness. Rounded resinous bitterness to the ending. Very good start on our autumn trip to England. (Cambridge 10.11.2021).

Cask at Pembury. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, white bread, doughy, grass, light soap and orange peel. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, white bread, minerals, chalky, grass, cereal and soapy with a drying finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Not all huge amount to it.
