Half-pint, cask at Devonshire Arms. Bright golden body, crocheted lacing from a declining white head. Leafy hops on the nose, dry. Well balanced taste profile of oily hops, ripe citrus, and mild caramel sweetness. Rounded resinous bitterness to the ending. Very good start on our autumn trip to England. (Cambridge 10.11.2021).

24th Aug 2018, cask half-pint, gravity pour; 22nd Codsall Station Beer Festival. Very pale body, wispy topping. OK blend with a nice balance, light citrus notes with a mild malty sweetness. Decent session ale.

Pembury Tavern. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate light and has a decent fine crispness. Thin malts, very mild sweetness. Some pear and spicy elderflower. Little tangerine. Spicy bitter finish. Unusual.

Cask at Pembury. It pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, white bread, doughy, grass, light soap and orange peel. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, white bread, minerals, chalky, grass, cereal and soapy with a drying finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Not all huge amount to it.
