On tap *I think, at Vesperia, München, Wednesday 29th March 2023 we have a Billy Nomates gig tonight at Strom München. Pours hazy yellow/light amber with a white head. Very banana in the mouth, really soft carbonation, a light yeastyness and spice kick. It's very good.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, fluffy head. Banana, clove, yeast, orange zest, bready sourdough notes. Mild dryness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Nice!

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, creamy persistent off-white head with a good lacework; sourish-fruity nose (lemons) with both a touch of vegetables and yeast; moderate sourish sweetish flavour with an easily detectable bitterness, medium bodied and pretty soft; soft sourish-wheaty finish. (bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a tall foamy white head. Banana-fruity aroma with present wheaty notes, delicately spicy hints of clove and vanilla in the background. Mildly sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly mealy malty and wheaty base with notes of banana, a tinge of citrus and delicately spicy notes; slightly chalky, mildly sweet and sour fruity finish. Balanced Weissbier. 28.II.17

Draught at the brewery. Hazy, deep gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, honey, yeasty, touch of banana. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, wheat, yeast, spicy. Medium bodied.

500ml bottle. Upon a hazy, yellowish golden coloured beer sprouts a mountain of a huge, firm, frothy, long-lasting, white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma, cautious hints of egg, sulphur, protein, a minimally sourish stitch. Taste is minimally sweet wheaty, hints of banana, cautiously dry, minimally grassy hoppy overtones; soft palate, soft to flat carbonation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.[ Trade by Boris ]. Hazy medium yellow colour with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, dark fruit, pineapple. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a long duration, yeasty, tropical fruit, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121118]
