Typical Citra notes with particularly strong canteloupe-like character, peach and a twinge of lemony-herb. Very clean with a good mix of cracker, biscuit, white bread-like maltiness, balancing gently. No weirdness, no excess sugar. Some definite grapefruit/pine acidity underneath to balance.
Nice and juicy with a big, deep maltiness and good attenuation. Some apricot, dried peach, grapefruit, pineapple...really all sorts of interesting Citra-Mosaic combinations here. Not too thick/sweet/intensely juicy. Still preserves a nice bitterness despite its age and good dryness. Very, very nice stuff and cleanly made and polished. Would love to check these guys out.

Aroma is softer mango and very mild citrus. Flavor follows with the addition of some apricot. Flavor is extremely juicy with zero bitterness per the style. At times it feels a little non-descriptive but it certainly drinks easy.

5 oz. on tap at the brewery. Opaque, dark yellow, ring of head, nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong orange, citrus, mild herb, soft malt offset. Taste is strong pineapple, milder citrus, soft malt offset. Smooth, thick, frothy texture, finish as taste. Taste is pleasantly divergent from aroma! Good strength as well. Nice.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Nov 2023). Pours hazy bright yellow with a small frothy off-white head, unripe mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, thin body, long unripe mango/spring onion finish. Sharp flavors.
