At the brew pub. Very light haze on this gold beer. Good head, slightly off white. Light palate, a little crisp and a little dry. Moderately aggressive bitterness in the hops. A little orange and a trace of mango from the Galaxy. Finishes with bitter marmalade and a lingering bitter aftertaste. Clean and refreshing but a little more hop fruit would have really elevated it.

Cask at the London Brewers Showcase 2011. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Has a gorgeous aroma, lots of citrusy hops, some tropical fruit, light straw. Flavor is extremely well balanced. Lots of dry straw, lemon and other zesty citrus bitterness, light biscuits. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, very clean finish, a bit more citrus, very faint toast and grass, light wood. Incredibly well rounded beer.
