Cask at the Cask, Pimlico - 28/09/12. Slightly hazed reddish brown with a medium off-white head. Sweet caramel malts dominate the nose with pine, hops, sweet sugar, grapefruit and other tropical fruit tones. Taste follows nose, really get the caramel malt, summer fruits, hops. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Decent.

Cask at the Wallington and Croydon BF, London. Pours a clear, dark amber-red with a white head. Modest pine hop nose. Very resinous, bitter flavor. Lots of raw hops, light toasty malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky finish, tons of lingering pine, light grass, some toasty malts and sugar. Yeah, raw.
